Product & Program Leadership | AI-Assisted Systems | Research & Operations
I bring more than thirteen years of experience across institutional technology, client strategy, operations, and program delivery, combined with recent leadership of AI-assisted product development and applied research.
I turn complex problems into executable work: defining requirements, coordinating implementation, directing AI-assisted development, evaluating results, and building the processes that make decisions and outcomes accountable.
Actively seeking full-time, remote opportunities in product management, program management, and AI-assisted systems.
Experience that connects strategy and execution
My career has required translating complex organizational needs into practical systems, coordinating stakeholders with different priorities, and making decisions where accuracy, accountability, and execution matter. That experience spans enterprise client relationships, institutional technology, contracts and data governance, and operational leadership.
In 2026, I extended those disciplines into independent AI-assisted product and research development through Parallax Provenance. Market Weather, Sentinel, and Cairn apply the same underlying approach in different environments: define the problem, establish decision boundaries, build usable systems, test the evidence, and preserve what the results actually support.
One principle connects the work: evidence should be capable of changing the plan, even after substantial work has already been completed.
Professional background
My professional background spans more than 13 years across enterprise technology, client success, and operational leadership, including over nine years at Hobsons, an education-technology company. Across four roles, I managed a $1.1 million higher-education technology portfolio, supported 40–45 institutional clients, and worked across data integrity, enterprise operations, and contract governance.
As Head of Operations at Cleaner Carpets and More, I executed a six-month growth plan that increased revenue by 42%, while initiatives reduced material costs by 24% and labor costs by 37%. My experience also includes managing teams of 50+ employees and coordinating schedules for 70+ staff at Lost Spirits Distillery, and earning Hobsons’ Excellence in Service award after maintaining client satisfaction ratings of at least 9.6/10 from 2012 through 2014.
Selected Projects
Market Weather
Product Development · Market Intelligence · AI-Assisted Research Operations
Directed the development of a working market-intelligence prototype combining market-condition analysis, regime classification, historical replay, and a governed research and learning system.
HIGHLIGHTS
• Directed the development of a working market-environment dashboard connecting observations, changing conditions, and historical replay.
• Established research workflows that distinguish raw observations from investigated and accepted findings.
• Coordinated AI-assisted development while maintaining explicit review, decision, and acceptance boundaries.
• Directed a documented rollback of completed analysis when the evidence no longer supported the original conclusions.
Sentinel
Systems Design · Program Delivery · Institutional Research Governance
Directed the development of an experimental institutional research system designed to preserve questions, evidence, findings, decisions, and their relationships across complex organizational workflows.
HIGHLIGHTS
• Directed an AI-assisted implementation of a persistent institutional research and decision-governance system.
• Established explicit boundaries for approvals, evidence handling, decision authority, and traceable records.
• Oversaw an implementation supported by automated validation and a substantial passing test suite.
• Preserved unresolved evaluation findings rather than presenting incomplete validation as success.
Cairn / Semantic Integrity Audit (SIA)
AI Evaluation · Adversarial Testing · Independent Verification
Directed a controlled research effort examining whether an AI system’s account of its own interpretation and behavior could withstand independent scrutiny. Cairn provided the experimental framework; the Semantic Integrity Audit (SIA) examined the evidence independently rather than relying on the acting agent’s self-report.
HIGHLIGHTS
• Commissioned and governed a controlled research experiment evaluating AI-originated questions and evidence-based adjudication.
• Maintained pre-established evaluation boundaries and independent review rather than adjusting criteria to favor a positive outcome.
• Completed an independent audit involving 504 auditor exposures across 252 audit units.
• Preserved a genuine mechanism failure discovered by the audit, despite the system’s own certification of compliance.
How I work
Product and program leadership. Translate complex problems into requirements, priorities, delivery plans, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
AI-assisted development. Direct specialized AI collaborators through scoped assignments, implementation reviews, testing, and controlled acceptance processes.
Research and evaluation. Design evidence-driven investigations, compare competing explanations, preregister decision criteria, and revise conclusions when results warrant it.
Operational governance. Establish segregation of duties, four-eyes review, stage-gate controls, evidence provenance, and auditable decision processes.
Cross-functional leadership. Connect business objectives, stakeholder needs, technical execution, and operational constraints.
Let’s connect
I’m seeking a full-time, remote product or program leadership role where I can contribute to complex products, AI-assisted workflows, operational improvement, and cross-functional delivery.
